This is the third bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C.. The earlier bail applications are dismissed on merits vide order dated 19.12.2016 & 31.01.2017.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. with a request to trial Court to expedite the trial. In view of the prayer made, the bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the trial Court is requested to expedite the trial.
