1. Heard.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that despite completion of the work awarded to the petitioner, which is proved by issuance of completion certificate -Annexure P/2 in the petitioner's favour, respondents 1 & 2 are not releasing the

remaining amount without there being any dispute between the parties. He would draw attention of the Court to the document -Annexure P/3 by which the concerned Executive Engineer has mentioned that the payment could not be made to the petitioner for want of allotment of funds.

3. Considering the entire facts situation of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with direction that in the event, the petitioner moves a representation before respondents 1 & 2 for releasing the subject payment along with a certified copy of this order within a period of two weeks from today, the concerned authority shall consider and decide the petitioner's representation, at the earliest, by a speaking order within a period of six weeks from the date of submission of certified copy of this order.
