PUD has been received, which is a request letter from the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, FTC, Rajnandgaon praying for extension of time of one month for conclusion of trial in the case concerned.

In M.Cr.C. No.2164 of 2019 vide order dated 15.04.2019, this Court directed the trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of three months. On earlier request made by the same Court in Cr.M.P. No.1728/2019, this Court vide order dated 24.07.2019 had granted further time of one month to conclude the trial, subsequent to which, this is another request praying for extension of time of one month.

After considering the grounds mentioned in the request letter, further time of one month is granted to conclude the trial in the case concerned. However, it is made clear that no further extension of time shall be given Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
