This petition has been filed for correction of Crime Number and Police Station in the order dated 9-12-2016 passed by this Court in M.Cr.C.A.No.1025 of 2016.

State counsel was directed to verify the facts as to whether the order pertains the same crime number and Police Station or not. 3.

On verification, State counsel would submit that Crime Number in this case is actually 107 of 2012 and Police Station is Durg. 4.

In view of the aforesaid submission made by the State counsel, it is directed that in the order dated 9-12-2016 passed by this Court in M.Cr.C.A.No.1025 of 2016, Crime Number be read as 107 of 2012 in place of Crime No.2012001/2016 and Police Station be read as Durg in place of Police Station Jamul.

With the aforesaid observation, the instant petition stands disposed of. Certified copy as per rules.
