Ignoring the default pointed-out by the Registry, subject to the applicant/petitioner depositing penalty of Rs. 2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) to the Chhattisgarh High Court Bar Association Library Fund, Account No. 32749718036 within 7 days from today and on furnishing the receipt of the same to the Registry, the WPS No. 7018 of 2018 would stand restored to its original number. The present MCC accordingly stands allowed.
