This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicants who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.48/2016 registered at Police Station- Ajak Ambikapur, District Surguja (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 294, 323, 506-B, 307/34 of Indian Penal Code and Section 3 (1-r), 3 (1s) and 3 (2-v) of Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

Learned counsel for the applicants seeks to withdraw this second bail application with liberty to repeat the same after examination of the complainant and the independent witnesses. 3.
