Counsel for the petitioner submits that in the light of the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance dated 13.12.2021 empowering the DRT one at Mumbai to take up the matters at DRT Jabalpur and prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to pursue the application that he has filed before the DRT, Jabalpur.

With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
