Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 10/04/2017 This is second application for grant of bail. First application was rejected by this Court on 10/01/2017.

The second application has been filed by the applicant on the ground of delay in trial by submitting that till date, the prosecutrix has not been examined by the prosecution despite case fixed for evidence before the Trial Court on numerous occasions and the applicant is in jail since 27/10/2016. The only ground for seeking bail in second application is delay in trial. Considering the nature of allegations and period of detention, at this stage, I am not inclined to grant bail to the applicant. The application is, therefore, rejected.
