This is the second application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicants, who have been arrested in connection with Crime No. 49 of 2016 registered at Police Station Torva, District Bilaspur (CG) for the offence under Section 420/34 of IPC.

The first bail application of the applicants was allowed vide order dated 19.5.2016 passed in M.Cr.C. No.2385 of 2016, imposing some condition. 4.

The applicants have apparently not complied with the condition imposed, therefore, no case for taking any different view in the matter is made out.
