(2) This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.213/2015 registered at Police Station Baradwar, District Janjgir-Champa, for the offence punishable under Sections 409/34 of the Indian Penal Code. (3) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 16.02.2016 passed in M.Cr.C. No.298/2016.

(4) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties, I do

not find any new good ground on merit of the matter to entertain this second bail application. Consequently, the second bail application is rejected.
