There being no prevailing scheme under which the Railways can allot shop/plot to the petitioner, no direction can be issued to the respondents for consideration of petitioner's application for such allotment. If the petitioner comes across any such scheme of the Railways, he would be at liberty to move representation on the basis of any such enforceable scheme. 2.

Since no direction can be issued in this writ petition, the same is dismissed.
