1. The only limited relief, which the petitioner has sought in the present writ petition, is to decide the representation which the petitioner has filed seeking for granting of the 2nd Higher Pay Band on completion of 20 years of continuous service on the post of Upper Division Teacher.

2. The said prayer is not opposed.

3. Accordingly, let the respondent No.4 take a decision on the representation of the petitioner, which is pending consideration. The petitioner in addition would be also at liberty to file a fresh representation within a period two weeks from today and on receipt of the said representation, the same be decided at the earliest

-2preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the representation.

4. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
