None Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 12/04/2017 The present Cr.M.P. has been filed seeking for a modification in the order dated 07.02.2017 passed in Criminal Appeal No. 150 of 2017. 2.

The limited prayer made by the petitioner is that in the cause title of the said criminal appeal, the address of the petitioner was wrongly mentioned and wants the same to be properly reflected as has been mentioned in the order of the trial Court so far as the address of the husband of the petitioner is concerned.

In view of the same, the address of the present petitioner shall now be treated as that mentioned in the original order of the trial Court which is the address of the husband of the petitioner and is also the address that has been mentioned in the present Cr.M.P. The address of the petitioner be treated modified accordingly.
