This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.55/2015 registered at Police Station- Urla, District Raipur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 147/149, 148/149, 506B/149, 324/149, 307/149 & 302/149 of Indian Penal Code.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant would submit that he is not pressing this matter on merit and he prays for temporary bail to the applicant only for a period of four days, as the sister of the applicant Ankit Singh Parmar is getting married and the marriage rituals are fixed on 22nd & 23rd April, 2017. 3.
Perused the Invitation Card, which shows that one Richa who is said to be sister of the applicant is getting married on 22nd & 23rd April, 2017, which is not disputed by the learned State counsel.

In view of this, it is directed that the applicant shall be released on bail for a period of four days on furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of the concerned trial Court. It is further observed that the applicant shall surrender before the concerned Trial Court immediately after a period of four days.

Accordingly, this second bail application stands disposed off. Certified copy, today.
