No.1217 of 2016 which was dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 03.04.2017.

(3) On due consideration of the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners and the grounds taken in the restoration petition, I am satisfied that the absence of the petitioners' counsel on 03.04.2017 when Criminal Misc. Petition No.1217 of 2016 was taken-up for hearing was based on bonafide grounds.

(4) Accordingly, Criminal Misc. Petition No.492/2017 is allowed and Criminal Misc. Petition No.1217 of 2016 is restored to its original number.
