1. The petitioner in the present writ petition seems to be aggrieved by the proceedings under the SARFAESI Act initiated against the petitioner.

2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has already approached the DRT Jabalpur ventilating his grievances, however for want of Presiding Officer, the matter could not be taken up.

3. Counsel for the respondent-Bank submits that vide the notification dated 13.12.2021, the Government of India Ministry of Finance has given the charge of DRT Jabalpur to the DRT 1 Mumbai. It has also been informed that the DRT 1 Mumbai has given 16 December,

2021 and 23rd December 2021 as the dates on which the matter from the DRT Jabalpur would be taken up for hearing.

4. Given the said facts that the DRT 1 Mumbai is taking up matters at the DRT Jabalpur on 23.12.2021, the present writ petition as of now stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to make efforts before the DRT Mumbai for getting the matter listed for an urgent hearing. Subject to the petitioner making such efforts, the DRT 1 Mumbai is expected to take up the matter.
