(3) On due consideration of the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners and the grounds taken in the restoration petition, I am satisfied that the absence of the petitioners' counsel on 03.04.2017 when Criminal Misc. Petition No.1270 of 2016 was taken-up for hearing was based on bonafide grounds.

(4) Accordingly, Cr.M.P. No.481/2017, therefore, is allowed and Criminal Misc. Petition No.1270 of 2016 is restored to its original number.
