1. The Cr.M.P. has been filed seeking restoration of Criminal Revision No. 1069/2016 which got dismissed vide the order dated 07.03.2017.
2. Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that due to some personal difficulties, the Applicant could not contact the Counsel who was engaged for contesting the Revision Petition which got dismissed for non curing of the default.
3. Taking into consideration the reasons assigned in the Application and the same found to be satisfactory, the Cr.M.P. is allowed subject to the Applicant depositing cost of Rs. 2000/- in the Account of Chhattisgarh High Court (Middle Income Group) Legal
Aid Society.
4. Consequent to this Order, if the cost is paid and the receipt of which is enclosed in Criminal Revision No. 1069/2016, it shall stand restored to its original number.
