1. This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 19-10-2016 passed in WPS No. 5698 of 2016.

2. Apparently, the order of which contempt is alleged, has been passed way back on 19-10-2016. This petition is filed beyond period of limitation as provided in the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. Therefore, this contempt petition is dismissed.
