(2) The applicant's second bail application was also dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 07.10.2016 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 6630/2016.

(3) The accused/applicant has moved this third bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 1083/2014 registered at Police Station Supela, out post Vaishali Nagar, District Durg (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 471 & 120-B read with Section 34 of the

Indian Penal Code.
