(2) The petitioner has filed this petition for correction in order dated 26.10.2016 passed in M.Cr.C.(A) No.1135/2016. (3) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in order dated 26.10.2016 passed in M.Cr.C.(A) No.1135/2016, the name of petitioner's father has wrongly mentioned as Shri Prakash Khare whereas it is Shri Shriprakash Khare and therefore, same may be corrected.

(4) In view of above, it is directed that the name of the petitioner's father in place of Shri Prakash Khare it be read as Shri Shriprakash Khare in order dated 26.10.2016 passed in M.Cr.C.(A) No.1135/2016. Other contents of order dated 26.10.2016 shall remain intact. (5) With the aforesaid clarification, the petition stands finally disposed of.
