This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicants who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.95/2016 registered at Police Station- Bhilai Nagar, District Durg (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 454, 397 of Indian Penal Code. The first bail application was dismissed on merit on 18.07.2016 in MCRC No.3763 of 2016.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicants would submit that out of the sixteen witnesses, 10 witnesses have already been examined and in other case, the applicants have been acquitted; therefore, the trial Court may kindly be directed to expedite the trial.

In view of the above, the prayer made appears to be reasonable. Therefore, the trial Court is requested to expedite the trial. 4.
With the aforesaid observation, the second bail application is dismissed.
