1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has made representation for consideration of posting order of Raipur Division, Durg Division and Bilaspur Division (E & T-Cadre) before respondent No.2, which has not been considered by respondent No.2 yet.

2. Be that as it may, respondent No.2 is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation within 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the aforesaid observation / direction the instant writ petition stands disposed off.
