1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order of transfer dated 31.08.2019 Annexure P-1 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Municipal Council Tifra (dissolved), District Bilaspur to Municipal Council Nagar Panchayat Council, Chandrapur.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that the respondents vide their instruction dated 14th of August, 2019 have extended the transfer period from 14th August to 23rd August and thereafter, there shall be a complete ban. According to the petitioner, the impugned order has been passed during the

ban period i.e. on 31st of August, 2019 which is contrary to their own policy.

3. Given the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner make an appropriate representation to the respondents within 10 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and the respondents in turn shall consider the same within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the representation.

4. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, the effect and operation of the impugned order so far as the petitioner is concerned shall remain stayed.
