(2) This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.10/2015 registered at Police Station Kelhari, District Koria, for the offence punishable under Sections 20(b)2(c), 27(a) & 29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act and Sections 103, 177, 130, 146, 196, 166 and 192 of Motor Vehicles Act.
