The limited prayer which the petitioner has made in the instant Writ Petition is that the petitioner has been working as a Driver under the respondents for more than 5 years and the post of Driver is also lying vacant in the Department.

In the given facts, the respondents may consider the claim of the petitioner for regularization.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, this Court is inclined to dispose off the Writ Petition with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for regularization in accordance with

rules, guidelines and circulars applicable so far as regularization is concerned.
