Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 21/11/2019 (1) Shri Mateen Siddiqui, learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the land in dispute has already been demarcated by Revenue Inspector, therefore, nothing survives for consideration.

(2) In view of above, the contempt petition is closed discharging the rule issued. However, authority concerned shall finalize the demarcation of the land in dispute expeditiously, if not already finalized.
