1. This is second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested on 24.11.2019 in connection with Crime No.412/2019, registered at Police Station Kanker District North - Bastar, Kanker

(C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 20(b) of Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

2. First bail application was rejected on 01.07.2020 against which SLP (Crl.) No.3192/2020 has also been dismissed by the Supreme Court on 29.07.2020. Thereafter, this second bail application has been filed in which I do not find any good ground or change in circumstance to entertain this second bail application. Accordingly, second bail application is also rejected.
