The application for grant of bail has been moved on the ground of delay in trial.

It is submitted that the applicant is in jail since 16.01.2017 and till date, the prosecutrix has not been examined.

Having gone through the prosecutrix's statement under Section 164 of Cr.P.C., at present, I am not inclined to grant bail on the ground of detention of about 7 months. The trial Court shall endevour to expedite the trial. The application is rejected at this stage with liberty to revive after three months in case prosecutrix is not examined.
