Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after retirement of the petitioner, the respondents have disbursed pension and gratuity amount in the light of order passed by this Court in WPS No.6653/2019 vide order dated 02/09/2019.

accordance with law. This petition cannot be entertained and is, accordingly, disposed off.
