1. A PUD has been received from Court of First Additional Sessions Judge/Special Judge, NDPS Act, Jagdalpur, Bastar, Chhattisgarh, in which it is prayed that the trial against the accused persons in Special Criminal Case No.25/2016 could not be concluded within the time specified by the order of this Court in MCRC No.5072/2018 passed vide order dated 8.8.2018. Prayer has been made for extension of time for two months.

2. Considered on the grounds mentioned in the PUD, the time is extended for two months from the date of receipt of the order of this Court. This be communicated immediately to the concerned Court.
