This is the third bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.05/2015, registered at Police Station ACB/EOW, Raipur (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 109, 420, 467, 468, 471 & 120B of IPC and Section 13(1)(e), 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988. 3.

Despite lapse of time, I am not persuaded to take any different view in the matter particularly considering the gravity of the offence and for the fact that other accused persons have also been refused bail by this Court in different bail applications.
