1. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be allowed to make representation for releasing the amount of arrears of revised pay scale by respondents No.5 & 6.

2. Be that as it may, petitioners are at liberty to make representation before respondent No.6 for claiming the aforesaid relief which will be considered and decided by respondent No.6 in accordance with law within 90 days from today to the petitioners.

3. With the aforesaid observation / direction the instant writ petition stands disposed off.
