Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 14/07/2017 Heard.
1. This is the second application for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicant. Her earlier bail application was dismissed on 15.5.2015.
2. The applicant is apprehending her arrest in connection with Crime No.526 of 2014 registered in Police Station- Telibandha, District- Raipur (C.G.) for alleged commission of offence under Section 420 read with Section 34 IPC.
3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that this second application for grant of anticipatory bail has been moved on the ground that the complainant has entered into compromise with some of the co-accused.
4. This Court, after detailed consideration, had rejected anticipatory bail application of the applicant. Therefore, on the ground that the complainant has entered into compromise with other co-accused, the applicant does not get any benefit. However, at the same time, it is observed that in case the applicant surrenders and applies for regular bail, the same shall be considered and
-2decided by the Court below within two days.
5. The application is accordingly dismissed with the aforesaid observation and direction.
