Grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has been transferred from Community Health Center Premnagar, District Surajpur to District Hospital Koriya. It is stated that both the District Surajpur & Koriya are scheduled area and as per the policy of the State, after performing the duties in the scheduled area, the employees shall be transferred to non-scheduled area. However, despite the fact, the petitioner had joined his duties in 2014, he has been again transferred to a scheduled area. 2.

Perused the transfer policy of the State dated 03.06.2015, which purports that after performing job at scheduled area for two years, the person would be entitled to get transfer in the non-scheduled area. Considering the same,

the petitioner is given liberty to make a suitable representation within a period of 15 days before the Grievance Redressal Committee and the same shall be decided by the Committee within an outer limit of 45 days from the date of receipt of the representation. Till then the transfer of the petitioner shall not be given effect to.
