1. Learned counsel for the State would submit that the petition has filed this writ petition challenging the FIR dated 17.03.2017 recorded by Anti Corruption Bureau, Jagdalpur. On the basis of FIR the criminal case has been registered in Criminal Case No.2/2017 before learned Special Judge (Prevention of Corruption) Act, Bilaspur vide order dated 30.05.2019 has acquitted the accused. Therefore, the petition become infructuous.
2. In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
