1. Grievance of the petitioners is that the petitioners were appointed as Assistant Grade-III in the Revenue Department. Subsequently, in the year 2003, their services were transferred on deputation to the Election Commission. Likewise, the other persons of the other Department were placed on deputation in the year 2006 to the Election Commission who were junior to the petitioners; however, subsequently, the petitioners' seniority were not considered and juniors were given promotion. Consequently, the petitioners have made a representation Annexure P-1 to the Secretary, General Administration. It is contended that at this moment, the limited prayer of the petitioners is that their representation may be decided.
2. Considering the limited prayer of the petitioners, since the earlier representation of the petitioners appears to be of 25.01.2019, it is directed that the petitioners shall be at liberty to make a fresh representation to the respondent No.1 within a period of three weeks and thereafter the respondent No.1 shall decide the same within an outer limit of 90 days.
3. With such observation, the petition stands disposed off. Sd/- (Goutam Bhaduri) Judge ashok
