1. The present contempt petition has been filed alleging the noncompliance of the order dated 27.03.2019 passed in WPS No. 2173 of 2019.

2. The respondents have filed their return along with a document Annexure R-1 showing the compliance part. Counsel appearing for the respondents submit that the claim of the petitioner is not maintainable and the same has been rejected.

3. Given the fact that the respondents have decided the claim of petitioner, the order passed by this Court stands complied with.

4. However, in case the petitioner is still aggrieved of the order Annexure R-1, the right of petitioner stands reserved to challenge the same by way of a fresh writ petition altogether.
