This is an application for grant of temporary bail to the applicant filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C.

The applicant has been arrested in connection with Crime No.73/2016, registered at Police Station - Ajad Chowck, Raipur, District - Raipur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 306, 420 & 120B of Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the applicant that the father of the applicant has died in accident on 01.05.2017 and copy of the FIR is also enclosed herewith. It is submitted that in order to perform last rituals which is to be held on 13.05.2017, the applicant may be enlarged on bail.

Perused the FIR No.0115, which is dated 01.05.2017, registered at Police Station -Mayapuri, West Delhi. Perusal of the document shows
that on accident, the father of the applicant has died. Taking into such fact and further considering the facts and circumstances, the applicant is directed to be released on temporary bail for a period of 15 days from the date of his release on his furnishing a personal bond to a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of the concerned trial Court. Thereafter, immediately after expiry of 15 days, the applicant shall surrender before the trial Court. 5.
Accordingly, the bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of temporary bail is allowed.
