Agrawal Order On Board 0 7 /07/201 (1) The accused/applicant has moved this third bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 546/2015 registered at Police Station Kotwali, District Korba for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 & 120B read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. (2) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 17.03.2016 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 1555 of 2016.
(3) The applicant's second bail application was also dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 08.09.2016 passed in
M.Cr.C. No. 5755 of 2016.
(3) Having heard learned counsel appearing for the parties, having regard to the facts & circumstances of the case, I do not find any good ground or change in circumstances to entertain this third bail application.
