1. The grievance of petitioner in the present writ petition seems to be the illegal purchase of land by respondent no.4 in Khasra No. 123/2 situated at village Kansable, P.H. No. 04, Tahsil-Kansabel, District Jashpur (CG) as alleged by the petitioner which is otherwise owned by her.

2. The petitioner in the present writ petition intends to get a direction to

the respondent no.2 for initiating appropriate proceedings under Section 170-B of the CG Land Revenue Code against the respondent no.4.

3. Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the petitioner to approach the respondent no.2 by moving an appropriate application in respect of her grievances and upon such application being made by the petitioner, the respondent no.2 in turn shall take an appropriate decision on the same in accordance with law, within an outer limit of 6 months from the date the petitioner submits her application.
