Mr. Vipin Tiwari, Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 07.03.2019 The present contempt petition has been filed alleging the noncompliance of the order dated 19.07.18 passed by this Court in WPS No. 4674 of 2018.

The respondents have filed their reply stating that they have meanwhile released the entire amount of GPF, Group Insurance and
Family Welfare payable to the petitioner and that there is only an amount of Rs. 1,80,158/- left which is recoverable from the petitioner. 3.
Given the fact that the respondents have already released the substantial amount of retiral dues payable to the petitioner, this Court is of the opinion that no contempt is made out at this juncture against the respondents.

Reserving the right of the petitioner to challenge the recovery notice and other dues, if any, payable to the petitioner through the writ petition which is pending consideration before this Court, the present contempt petition stands disposed of.

Needless to mention that if there is any further dues payable to the petitioner including gratuity amount left in excess of Rs.1,80,158/-, the same be also released at the earliest without any further delay. Sd/- P. Sam Koshy Judge Khatai
