Heard on petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for recall of order dated 18/05/2017 in Cr.M.P. 826/2016. 2.

Considering the fact that on account of change of counsel, the counsel for the Petitioner could not appear when the case was taken up for hearing and also considering the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, the Cr.M.P. No. 826/2016 is restored for hearing and disposal in accordance with law.
