Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that though the writ appeal preferred by the respondents has already been dismissed by order dated 09.08.2018 but the amount of GIS, leave encashment and 10% pension has not been released to the petitioner till date against which this contempt petition has been preferred. 2.
I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Be that as it may, the respondent No. 1 is directed to consider and take a decision for payment of amount of GIS, leave encashment and 10% pension to the petitioner, if not already paid within a period of four weeks from today.

With the aforesaid direction, the contempt case stands finally disposed of.

A copy of this order be sent to respondent No. 1 for needful and compliance.
