This is an application for correction of section, under which the offence has been registered against the applicant, which is wrongly mentioned in para 2 of the order dated 25.05.2017 passed in MCRC No.2089/2017.

On due consideration, the application is disposed of with direction that instead of Sections 384 & 392 IPC mentioned in para 2 of the order, the offence should be read as Sections 395 & 170 IPC. 3.

The CRMP stands disposed of.
