Shri D. Wankhede, Govt. Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 29.10.2018 The grievance of the petitioner is the non-granting of retiral dues including the pensionary benefits.

Considering the nature of dispute, this court does not intend to keep the petition pending, rather ends of justice would meet if a direction is given to respondents 2 & 3 to ensure that the retiral dues payable to the petitioner is processed and released to him at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from today subject to the petitioner not suffering from any disability in receiving the same. It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to

apprise respondents 2 & 3 so far as the order passed by this Court is concerned along with any fresh representation if he so prefers. 3.
