These are four writ petitions where the relief sought for is pertains to multiple colleges/institutions.

Considering the nature of grievance raised by the petitioners, this Court is of the opinion that since it is an individual cause of action in respect of each of the institutions and the petitioners in respect of each of the institutions, it cannot be agitated by way of a common writ petition.

Accordingly, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petitions. Reserving the right of the petitioners to avail their remedy by filing independent writ petition in respect of independent separate institution, the present writ petitions in its present form stands disposed off and withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
