This is second bail application filed u/s 439 of Cr.P.C., seeking grant of bail to the applicant in connection with Crime No.201 of 2015 registered at P.S. Kotra Road, Raigarh, Distt. Raigarh for the offence punishable u/ss 363, 366, 376 of IPC and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. The first bail application was dismissed on 28.01.2016.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the bail application with a direction to the trial Court to expedite the trial. Considering the fact that the earlier bail application was dismissed on merits and the applicant is in jail since 08.07.2015, the trial Court is requested to expedite the trial as early as possible.
