1. Heard.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner after joining her services in the year 2016, she availed the maternity leave. Subsequently, she resigned from the services on 03.05.2017, however, she has not been granted the salary and the other additional emoluments which were due to her during her maternity leave period. The petitioner has already made a representation dated 05.02.2019 to the CEO, Zila Panchayat, Jashpur, however, the same has not

been decided. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the representation of the petitioner may be directed to be decided so that the petitioner may, if need be, avail the necessary remedy.

3. Considering the limited prayer. The representation of the petitioner, if it is pending with the CEO, Zila Panchayat, Jashpur, the CEO is directed to decide the same within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
