Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be allowed to make representation for grant of pay scale Rs.2550-3200 and arrears of pay scale in accordance with the Government circular dated 10/05/1984.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make representation

before respondent No.3 which shall be considered and decided by the concerned respondent within 3 months from the date of production of copy of this order along with the representation.
